Overpriced Douwe-Egbert Coffee at a Not-so-lonely Table

The Douwe-Egbert coffee was overpriced, but her company was beyond any value.

She sat at my table. I don't know why but I didn't ask. 


Sometimes, no matter how flavorless a coffee, if the conversation is good, it tastes like the first sip.
